Care South is seeking a cheerful kitchen assistant to help with basic meal preparation for residents, ensuring dietary needs are met and mealtimes are pleasant.

You will follow food safety and health & safety regulations, maintain clean kitchens and dining areas, and assist residents in enjoying their dining experiences. Prior care or catering experience is helpful but not essential, with extensive training and a supportive team provided.

• Ability to support residents during mealtimes.

Responsabilidades

• Support kitchen team with basic preparation of meals, snacks and drinks for residents.
• Follow all food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Support residents to enjoy their dining experience with every meal.
• Ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and hygienic.
• Wash cooking appliances and crockery; sanitise all food preparation areas.
