- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation under supervision.
- Serve meals with warmth and respect.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor and record storage temperatures.
- Support stock rotation and proper storage.
- Help train new team members on procedures.
- Wash up and keep the kitchen tidy after busy periods.
