You’ll handle client communications, coordinate visits, manage documentation, and ensure a respectful, compliant environment. The job involves physical handling and moving duties with proper training and safety in place.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle cash, perform basic calculations, and manage invoicing or data entry.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring regulatory and process compliance.
• Comfort with using a range of devices and software; quick to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits and answering questions.
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe, and welcoming while reporting maintenance issues.
• Manage client documentation, funeral arrangements, and invoicing across devices.
