Job summary

LV= Life & Pensions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Reconnections team (permanent) or the Protection Existing Business team (9-month fixed term). The role is primarily office-based in Bournemouth, with a hybrid working model after training.

You’ll interact with customers, help with claims, and support families in often challenging times. We value empathy, clarity, and reliability in our Customer Response Teams.
