LV= Life and Pensions seeks a Customer Service Representative to support our customers mainly via telephone and email. The role is based in Bournemouth with hybrid working after training, offering a permanent position with the option of a 9-month fixed-term contract and opportunities to progress within the career framework.

You'll join a supportive team, receive training, and help customers with claims and policy queries while delivering compassionate, efficient service.
