Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings.

The role involves building relationships, delivering tailored sessions, monitoring progress, and working with families and regional teams to ensure consistent, safe learning experiences.

Flexible opportunities by location with daytime weekday hours; a UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to at least three days per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• SEMH Experience.
• Complex Needs Experience.
