Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This role focuses on building trust, monitoring progress, and reporting safeguarding concerns to help learners reconnect and thrive.

Flexible, location-based opportunities with daytime hours across Monday to Friday and a commitment of at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams
