Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. The role focuses on building trust, tailoring sessions, and monitoring progression.

You will work beyond traditional classrooms, collaborate with families and regional teams, and ensure safeguarding and accurate records while meeting a minimum three days per week commitment.

Qualifications

• Empathy, resilience, creativity and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Must hold QTS and knowledge of teaching STEM.
• Experience of PDA.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
