Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is recruiting a Community Warden in Norwich on a permanent basis. You will support Estates, Repairs and the Neighbourhood team, providing a responsive service to tenants and ensuring estates are well maintained.

You will conduct regular inspections, engage with residents and contractors, and assist with tenancy compliance. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience of customer service in a Housing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with residents.
• Ability to plan own workload and work on own initiative.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a local responsive service to tenants and keep estates free from litter and graffiti.
• Carry out regular inspections and liaise with residents, contractors and Neighbourhood Teams.
• Support the Neighbourhood Teams to settle new tenants and monitor tenancy conditions.
• Respond to urgent situations and report on repair needs.
