Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. in Bournemouth is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to assist participants from initial assessment through reintegration, providing guidance, encouragement and tailored support in a community setting.

You will work 37 hours per week on a permanent basis, with opportunities for development across health and social care, housing services, and substance misuse recovery. The role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload of participants.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems.
• Ability to motivate and sustain engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mentors to manage caseload and connect participants with resources.
• Contribute to a learning environment and share best practice.
