Suffolk County Council is seeking a dedicated Community Staff Nurse (Health Visiting) to join our team in South Suffolk, Suffolk CO10 2DZ. This role offers a salary of £34,314 - £39,513 per annum pro rata, for 30 hours per week, on a Fixed Term Contract or Secondment until 1 March 2026.
As part of the 0 - 19 Healthy Child Service, you will support children aged 0-5 and their families, promoting health and wellbeing through early identification of health needs and responsive support. You will work alongside other health professionals to improve public health outcomes in Suffolk.
