An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant Adult Community Nursing Service. Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is an integrated community and acute trust providing high-quality services to residents of the City and Hackney borough.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 nurse to fill a full-time permanent post. The Adult Community Nursing Service is divided into 8 neighbourhood teams. Successful candidates will be asked to work within one of these teams.
Please note: this vacancy is not suitable for Overseas Registered Nurses.
