Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Developing and delivering high-standard assessments and treatments for referred patients.
2. Managing an agreed clinical caseload.
3. Assessing and providing evidence-based treatment programs and discharge plans.
4. Planning and delivering therapy services in consultation with users, carers, and clinical teams.
5. Developing and maintaining relevant therapeutic activities tailored to patient needs.
6. Reviewing and evaluating treatment programs regularly with patients, carers, and clinical staff.
7. Facilitating patient transitions through care stages, including planning and therapy programs.
8. Completing necessary written reports to maintain accurate patient documentation.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the update service) for a faster recruitment process.
• Degree relevant to nursing.
• Experience in CAMHS is essential.
• NMC registration.
