A community-focused charity in Glasgow is hiring Community Services Supervisors to manage community libraries and engage with the public. Full Time (35 Hours per week on a 2-week rota) A mix of daytime and early evening shifts across Monday–Friday, with one Saturday every other week:
Week 1: Mon, Wed, Fri: 9.30am – 5pm, Tues, Thurs: 12.30pm – 8pm.
Week 2: Mon, Fri, Sat: 9.30am – 5pm, Tues, Thurs: 12.30pm – 8pm.
Part Time (35 Hours across a 2-week rota) A balanced pattern across weekdays and alternate Saturdays:
Week 1: Mon, Sat: 9.30 am – 5.00pm
Week 2: Mon, Wed: 9.30am- 5.00pm, Tues: 12.30 pm – 8.00pm
Contract type: Permanent
Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. If you’re applying for a part-time, we will calculate your pay on a pro‑rata basis. The hourly rate is £16.98 per hour.
Location: City-wide, with your main base discussed at interview.
