Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 support for children and young people with SEN, SEMH, and complex needs in community settings, homes, or online. This role emphasizes trauma-informed care, relationship-building, and safeguarding throughout every session.

You’ll collaborate with families, carers, and regional teams to tailor learning experiences and maintain accurate records while travelling between sessions in a flexible daytime

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEMH/ASD/ADHD.
• Understanding trauma-informed practice and safeguarding protocols.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Ability to commit to at least 3 days per week during daytime hours.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 sessions in community settings, homes, or online.
• Build trusting relationships using trauma-informed care and de-escalation.
• Monitor engagement, keep case notes, and report safeguarding details promptly.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and regional support teams to align goals.
