Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to cover Mole Valley from Leatherhead. You will work with residents and external agencies to keep estates clean and safe, identify improvements, and support vulnerable customers with tenancy-related matters.

This 36-hour-per-week hybrid role requires travel across the Mole Valley region, with a base in Leatherhead and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents and external agencies to ensure estates are kept clean and safe.
• Identify, plan and deliver improvements to estates and tenancy-related matters.
• Address and prevent anti-social behaviour through proactive presence and guidance to residents.
