Job summary

City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to join our Reablement Community HARP team. This permanent part-time role is 25 hours per week, with base at Bradley Reablement Centre and fieldwork across the city.

The successful candidate will have Maths and English (Level 2) and a relevant Social Care qualification, with evidence of continuous professional development. You will support adults in community-based services, promoting independence and person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Maths and English (Level 2) required.
• Social care qualification (Dip 2 or NVQ2 or equivalent).
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Experience of working with adults in a regulated or community-based service.
• Experience of working with individuals and focusing on reablement goals.
