Job summary

Manchester City Council is seeking a part-time role (30 hours/week) to deliver person-centred reablement and support in customers’ homes. The post requires a biological female only occupational requirement and involves flexible shifts across a three-week rota, with DBS checks and right-to-work in the UK essential.

The role includes personal care, meal prep and medication support, with a focus on independence, safety and wellbeing, plus appropriate documentation and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping, communication with colleagues and partners, and support planning.
