Job summary

Allkind Mental Health and Wellbeing is seeking an organised administrator to support the Community Programmes Team in London. You will coordinate referrals, maintain records, and assist with reporting and monitoring to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role offers hybrid-working, exposure to a busy mental health and suicide prevention environment, and opportunities for learning and development within a clinically led team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Community Programmes Team.
  • Coordinate referrals, enquiries activities, and community events.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and service information systems.
  • Support collection, analysis, and reporting of service activity and outcomes.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting requirements.
  • Support administration of Community Services team activities and risk assessment administration.
  • Produce reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to support service delivery and development.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and attention to detail to a busy service. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting colleagues with a wide range of administrative tasks. You'll have excellent organisational and communication skills, be comfortable working with data and reporting systems, and understand the importance of confidentiality when working within a mental health and suicide prevention service. This role is about helping our Community Programmes Team team deliver high-quality, effective services across all of London. Working closely with the Community Programmes Team Leader and wider community programme team, you'll provide essential administrative support, coordinate enquires and activities, maintain databases, support volunteers and community programme administration, and assist with monitoring and reporting. Your work will help ensure the team can focus on delivering a wide timetable of activities and community engagement activities that make a real difference.

You will:
