Boots UK is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a small store, where you will lead a close-knit team on the shop floor and in the dispensary, delivering outstanding service while driving commercial performance.

You will build relationships with the local community, NHS and private services, and create a culture where colleagues feel valued, developed and empowered to excel. There are clear career paths within Boots across stores and offices.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and strong commercial awareness.
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or UK equivalent).
• Experience working in a UK dispensary.
• Great customer service skills and a passion for delivering care.
• Ability to lead performance and implement strategy in-store.
• Calm, flexible approach with the confidence to adapt at pace.
• Collaborative style; build a strong team culture and external relationships.
• Passion for learning and helping others grow in capability.
