Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a small dispensing store in the community. You will lead a close-knit team, deliver outstanding service, manage the dispensary and drive sales while upholding NHS and private services with clear, expert advice.

You will foster a supportive culture, develop colleagues, and use data to improve daily operations, working on-site and collaborating with local healthcare partners to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and strong commercial awareness.
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or UK equivalent).
• Experience working in a UK dispensary.
• Great customer service skills and a passion for delivering care.
• Ability to lead performance and implement strategy in-store.
• A calm, flexible approach with the confidence to adapt at pace.
• A collaborative style; build team culture and external relationships.
• Passion for learning and supporting others to grow.
