Job summary

Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne (CARS) is seeking a Generalist Caseworker to join our busy team. You will provide information, advice and practical support to people facing a wide range of issues, helping them find a way forward and improve their circumstances.

The role will initially focus on delivering outreach services across Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of advice work, casework or supporting vulnerable clients who is passionate about helping

Qualifications

• Experience of advice work or casework with vulnerable clients.
• Ability to provide information, advice and practical support.
