Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne (CARS) is seeking a Generalist Caseworker to join our busy team. You will provide information, advice and practical support to people facing a wide range of issues, helping them find a way forward and improve their circumstances.

The vacancy will initially focus on outreach services across Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of advice work, casework or supporting vulnerable clients who is passionate about helping others

Role Details

• Position: Generalist Caseworker
• Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension subject to funding
• Hours: 37 hours per week
• Flexible and part-time working arrangements may be considered
