Job summary

West London NHS Trust is seeking an experienced nurse educator to promote CPD across Ealing Community Partners and Trust-wide. The post focuses on developing practice placements, supervising nursing learners, and delivering preceptorship and education projects in line with NMC standards.

The role includes auditing practice standards, supporting clinical supervision, and delivering training to the nursing workforce, including internationally educated nurses, within a multi-site NHS setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with UK registration
• Demonstrable record of personal development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in nursing education / practice development / service improvement

• Support development of practice placements and the practice supervisor/assessor role
• Contribute to CPD opportunities for nursing staff and education projects
• Ensure robust induction and preceptorship for staff
