Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Practice Development professional to lead and empower clinical education across sites. The role focuses on improving patient care through education, research translation and quality improvement, with inter-professional collaboration and a fixed term contract.

You will work autonomously within the Practice Development Team, promoting standards of care, staff development and patient safety while supporting organisational change and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a passion for teaching and the ability to influence change with persistence and diplomacy.
