Job description

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner (RMN/ Social Worker) to join the CMHT team in Chorley, Lancashire on a contract basis.

The successful applicant will be dynamic and forward thinking, passionate about working with service users with acute mental health concerns and providing a recovery focused approach.

(This is a 3-6 month contract with potential extension opportunities)

Duties | Responsibilities:
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health problems.
  • Knowledge around a variety of personality presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of issues that impact upon people with mental health problems.
  • Knowledge of medication prescribed for management of mental health issues.

This is a Full-Time position, hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay rate: £24.00 - £25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

The applicant must be qualified with the NMC to be considered for the position.
