Job summary

The Lettings Site Keeper role at The Success for All Educational Trust supports the site team in security, safeguarding, and supervising facilities for pre-booked community groups. Flexible across Trust schools, with duties in site maintenance, health and safety, and lettings oversight to ensure safe and welcoming spaces for users.

Responsibilities include setting up activities, ensuring premises are clean and secure, managing access during emergencies, and supporting with occasional site cover

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or site maintenance is desirable.
• Ability to operate intruder and fire alarm systems and perform basic safety checks.
• Customer-focused with ability to supervise lettings and manage small events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tidy equipment for activities and ensure premises are prepared for out-of-school use.
• Keep facilities clean, fit for use, and secure.
• Open and secure premises and grounds; respond to emergencies such as snow or minor flooding.
• Support with event setup and maintaining a well-presented site.
• Use helpdesk and lettings booking systems to track activity and attendance.
