Job summary

5 Dimensions Trust is advertising a permanent Lettings and Community Officer role. Based at The Hazeley Academy, with responsibilities to manage lettings for external groups, ensuring safety and excellent customer experience. 37 hours weekly, term time plus 4 weeks.

The role supports flexible working and professional development within a Trust-focused environment; enhanced DBS required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or facilities management is beneficial.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work across multiple sites within the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote the use of all facilities by external organisations and community groups.
• Ensure lettings are scheduled efficiently, delivered safely and provide excellent customer experience.
• Generate income while maintaining full compliance with policies and safeguarding.
• Work from The Hazeley Academy with potential duties across Trust schools.
