Job summary

The post is full-time and permanent, with a starting salary of £26,807 pro rata and progression to £27,477 pro rata within the first year, subject to criteria and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Users: assess needs, create person-centred plans, and assist with housing applications.
• Property Management: ensure Decent Homes Standard, address maintenance issues, advise on safe living.
• Collaboration: work with probation services, court staff, housing providers for coordinated support.
• Tenancy & Independence: help service users develop practical life skills and move-on readiness.
• Risk & Safeguarding: identify issues, manage safeguarding, document actions.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: maintain timely records per contract and policy.
