Leisure Solutions Community Trust is seeking a Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for customers at its facilities. You will handle front-desk duties, process memberships, promote fitness services, and assist with inquiries, while ensuring accurate records and smooth operations.

The role requires strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and comfort with IT systems. A collaborative, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing situations are

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Confident in the use of IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.
• A flexible mindset, able to adapt to different situations and support the wider team.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service face to face and over the telephone
• Manage reception duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Process new memberships and manage new member enquiries
• Promote health and fitness services and swimming lessons, and membership upgrades
• Handle cash transactions and follow financial procedures accurately
• Support colleagues across the team when required
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment in line with policies and procedures
• Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver consistent service excellence
