Job summary

Lex Leisure is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet members and promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence at Cotgrave Leisure Centre. The role is part-time and involves managing front-desk activities with a focus on member experience.

Shifts include Saturdays 9:00-17:00 and Fridays 16:30-20:00 on alternating weeks, with overtime available and a pay rate up to £12.71 per hour. Start date 9th November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to handle cash and basic admin tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, flexible and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with a friendly, efficient service.
• Provide information and promote Lex Leisure’s philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence.
• Support the reception desk with basic admin tasks and cash handling.
