Job summary

Coventry Building Society in Norwich is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our local branch. You will help a diverse range of customers, handle cash with care, and respond to enquiries in a welcoming, efficient manner.

The role involves talking to many different people, solving problems, and staying up to date with policies and procedures. It is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, with hours from 08:30–16:00 on weekdays and alternate Saturdays 08:30–12:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre).
• Experience interacting directly with customers and providing great service daily.
• Good attention to detail with accurate handling of customer data.

Responsibilities

• Find solutions for customers and provide a great experience.
• Handle cash transactions carefully and accurately.
• Take telephone calls for the Customer Service area.
• Keep up to date with services, policies and procedures and stay on top of admin.
