Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking Contract Liaison Officers to support our sites across Devon, Cornwall and occasional coverage in Bristol. You will liaise between customers, clients and communities, delivering social value while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires travel and a full UK driving licence, with a DBS check expected. The position offers an attractive salary and benefits package, a pension, car allowance or fleet van, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Full UK Driving Licence; DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice and face at a contract/site level, liaising between customers, clients and the community.
• Deliver and manage social value and exceptional customer service for clients.
• Lead on delivering all added value contractual commitments including planning community and employment initiatives.
• Coordinate information and reporting on upcoming/current works and contractual commitments.
• Carry out face-to-face site visits, advise on colour choices and measurements.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues in a positive manner.
• Initiate technical instructions and site observations via strong administration.
• Identify case studies showing social value impact for tendering.
• Promote good news stories and initiatives with Marketing.
