Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer for a fixed-term contract. Based mainly on site with weekly office presence, you will liaise between customers, clients and the community on retrofit schemes.

The role requires strong communication, IT proficiency and a full UK driving licence. The position covers multiple sites with a 37.5-hour week, and there are attractive benefits, a company pension, and driving allowances.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally in social housing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to manage admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers, clients and the wider community on contracts.
• Deliver social value initiatives and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate information on upcoming works and site visits with clients and customers.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues in a positive manner.
• Support reporting and coordinate communication for the contract.
