Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to sit at the heart of our site operations, coordinating between customers, clients and our site teams while delivering social value. You will travel around South Shropshire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas, support tenanted housing projects, manage enquiries, and ensure high standards of customer service.

Full UK driving licence and DBS checks are expected; 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a focus on delivering value for

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract/Resident/Tenant Liaison Officer is essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required; DBS check will be completed.
• IT proficiency and ability to use company systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers, clients and the wider community on site.
• Deliver social value and provide excellent customer service across contracts.
• Plan and diarise community, skills and employment initiatives in line with Social Value Act.
• Handle enquiries and issues related to works delivered by site teams and sub-contractors.
• Act as the voice and face at contract/site level, maintaining relationships with customers and Novus.
• Coordinate information on upcoming/current works and required reporting.
• Carry out face-to-face site visits, assist with design choices and measurements.
• Promote social value initiatives with Marketing and capture good news stories.
