Job summary

Novus Property Solutions in the Hereford area is seeking Contract Liaison Officers to coordinate between customers, clients and site teams. The role is site based with travel across South Shropshire and Hereford surroundings, typically 37.5 hours, 8:30am–5:00pm.

You will deliver social value, provide excellent customer service, and manage enquiries, with face-to-face visits, reporting, and coordination of works. A Full UK driving licence and DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Proficiency in IT and MS Office applications essential.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers, clients and site teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Deliver and manage social value and customer service as part of Novus commitments.
• Lead on planning and reporting of community, skills and employment initiatives.
• Handle enquiries and issues related to works delivered by site teams and subcontractors.
