Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to sit at the heart of site operations, coordinating between customers, clients and community. The role involves delivering social value, managing inquiries and providing face-to-face service during external roofing upgrade works across Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have prior liaison experience, strong IT skills and a Full UK Driving Licence, with DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Contract/Resident/Tenant Liaison Officer is essential and communication is key.
• Your ability to be proficient in IT is also essential to fulfill and develop the role.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers, clients and wider community on site or contract.
• Deliver and manage social value and excellent customer service for clients.
• Lead on planning and diarising community, skills and employment initiatives.
