Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Central Lancashire District Nursing Services. You will deliver skilled nursing care across community settings and work within a supportive district nursing team.

The role offers induction, supervision, access to training, and flexible working patterns to support NHS staff wellbeing. Hours are 7:45 to 22:00 over a 7-day period.

Qualifications

First level registered nurse and relevant Diploma or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of NMC standards and ability to practice in community settings.
Experience in multi-disciplinary/multi-agency working is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in community district nursing settings.
Work as part of an innovative district nursing team and liaise with families.
Maintain patient- and family-focused care with excellent communication.
Participate in induction, preceptorship, supervision and training opportunities.
