Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered Community Staff Nurse (Learning Disabilities) for a 9-month fixed term. The role is full-time (37.5 hpw) based in Chorley, delivering holistic care in the community to adults with learning disabilities.

The post requires knowledge of LD health policy, adaptability, and strong communication. You will work within a friendly multi-disciplinary team across sites in Preston, Chorley and Ormskirk.

Qualifications

• Adaptability and good communication are essential.
• Experience working in a community setting or with learning disabilities is desirable.

Responsibilities
