Job summary

Scottish Borders Council in Peebles is seeking a friendly Customer Advisor for the Peebles Contact Centre on a permanent part-time basis (25 hours per week). You will help residents access council and library services, answering enquiries in person, by phone, email and online, and providing clear information with a positive customer experience.

The role requires good IT skills, a welcoming attitude and strong communication, plus the ability to learn quickly and work as part of a small team
