Circle Integrated Care is seeking a Community Clinics Coordinator in South West Hertfordshire. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) requires flexible shift patterns and driving between satellite clinics.

• Experience in a clinical support role or healthcare assistant.
• Strong communication and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their clinical journey across community clinic and hub locations.
• Provide welcoming, professional, patient-focused service at clinics.
• Coordinate day-to-day running of clinic sessions and ensure readiness.
• Upload clinical documentation into electronic patient record systems.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit activities under supervision of Clinical Leads.
• Build positive relationships with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
