Job summary

Circle Health in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a full-time Clinical Support Assistant to cover a 37.5-hour week across multiple community clinics and hubs. The role involves guiding patients through their clinical journey, delivering a welcoming service and coordinating session logistics.

You will upload documents to the electronic patient record, adhere to policies, support audits, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical support role such as HCA or Clinical Assistant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their clinical journey across community clinics and hubs.
• Provide a welcoming, professional and patient-focused service to attendees.
• Coordinate day-to-day running of clinic sessions and ensure readiness.
• Upload clinical documentation to electronic patient record systems.
• Adhere to Circle Health Group policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits under direction of Clinical Leads and managers.
• Build positive relationships with patients, clinicians and staff.
• Travel between satellite clinics with a valid driving licence.
