Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting a Clinical Support Worker to join our community residential services for adults with a learning disability in the Stirling area. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities, and help service users engage with their local community.

Flexible shift patterns, weekend work, and engagement in training are required. SVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care is desirable, with PVG scheme participation and potential sponsorship considerations noted.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care desirable.
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council is required for this post.
• Commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care as core values.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to service users in community residential services.
• Work as part of a small staff team to deliver high-quality care and daily living support.
• Contribute to community integration and support people to realise their ambitions.
• Be flexible with shift patterns and participate in ongoing training and development.
