Job summary

NHS Forth Valley seeks enthusiastic Clinical Support Workers to join community residential services for adults with learning disabilities across Falkirk, Stirling and Dunblane. You will provide person-centred care and support to help service users live in their own homes with dignity.

The role requires flexibility, including shift work, weekends and occasional sleepover duties, with training provided to achieve SVQ levels. A PVG check is required and SSC registration is expected.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care is highly desirable and a minimum requirement for this role.
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council is required for this post.
• Direct care experience in learning disability support is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Falkirk, Stirling & Dunblane areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
• Work flexibly across shift patterns including weekends and sleepovers.
• Be an active member of a small team, contributing to daily living activities and community inclusion.
