Job summary

NHS Forth Valley in Scotland seeks a Clinical Support Worker for our community residential services for adults with a learning disability. You will contribute to person-centred care, helping service users to realise their aspirations in their own homes and local communities.

This role requires willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and sleepovers. A PVG disclosure will be required, and SVQ qualifications plus SSSC registration are strongly encouraged and sought where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning disability support preferred.
• Flexibility for shift work, weekends and sleepover duties.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to service users.
• Work effectively as part of a small team to meet daily living needs.
• Demonstrate dignity and respect in all interactions.

SVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care

SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care

Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
