Job summary

Care Santé Limited in Hitchin and surrounding areas is seeking Care Assistants to join our home care teams. You will provide life-changing support in clients’ own homes, helping with mobility, daily tasks, and personal care, with training provided.

No previous experience is required, but you must have a driving licence, access to a vehicle, and be a compassionate, clear communicator dedicated to high-quality care. Various full-time and part-time shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with mobility and use of aids/adaptations.

We have an excellent opportunity for Care Assistants to join our existing Care Teams based in;

We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available. Working usual shift patterns of;

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 4pm-10pm

As a Home Care Worker you'll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives, within their own homes.

Job Description:

• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use of, and care of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks, assisting with feeding if required
• Support with preparing and administering medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person's end-of-life care

Requirements:
