Job summary

Care Sante invites applications for Home Care Worker roles in Whitstable, offering full-time or part-time positions. You will provide life-changing care to vulnerable adults in their own homes, with shifts 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm.

No prior experience required; full training, paid induction, and progression opportunities are provided. Applicants must have right to work in the UK; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Help service users overcome mobility problems and use of aids and equipment.
• Perform domestic tasks such as bed making, tidying, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, bathing, and toileting arrangements.
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks and assist with feeding if required.
• Support with preparing and administering medication.
• Contribute to end-of-life care when needed.

We have an excellent opportunity for Care Assistants to join our Care Teams based in;

• Whitstable

We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available. Working usual shift patterns of;

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 3pm-10pm (there must be mainly evening shift availability)

As a Home Care Worker you’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives, within their own homes.

Job Description:

• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use of, and care of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks, assisting with feeding if required
• Support with preparing and administering medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care

Requirements:
