Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to provide in-home personal care and support in the community. You will build relationships with clients while delivering high-quality care and ensuring comfort and safety.

The role covers BN2, BN9, BN10 and BN25 areas; requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Shift patterns include mornings, evenings, and weekends on a rotational basis, with full and part-time hours available.

The Role

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.

Hours of availability for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
