Job summary

Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative for our Glenrothes branch in Fife. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) involves helping customers in person, on the phone and online, guiding them through everyday banking needs and digital tools. You’ll work within a local branch network and be part of a committed team.

You’ll undergo training, with a start date confirmed after offer. You must be within a 45-minute commute of Glenrothes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline retail banking is desirable.
• Able to help customers in person, over the phone and online.
• Comfort with guiding customers to digital tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with everyday banking transactions.
• Answer queries and provide trusted guidance on banking products.
• Support customers across branches, phone and online channels.
