Nationwide in Paisley, Renfrewshire is hiring a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, by phone and online. This permanent, full-time role offers 35 hours across Monday to Saturday and requires a 45-minute commute.

You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers to banking services and digital tools. It’s a local role with training and rewards, focused on fairer finances.
